Most popular feedback for Wrike

I'll say this first, Wrike felt intimidated. After messing around with it and seeing how other co-workers use Wrike, I slowly picked it up. It makes a good checklist of things I need to do if you add the chrome plug-in as a companion. I see what gets assigned. I LOVE when you reference another wrike, you can see the status of it in the description of another. Very handy! Conveniently, Wrike contains a few forms of automation that lift some repetition from your workload. Without that, it wouldn't be as helpful as other task management systems available in the market. I like how the eco-system allows mentioning other users within a comment or Wrike task. It helps involve the correct people to get the jobs completed. Another feature that is VERY useful for me is the tags. Tagging helps me know where this Wrike is related to, which makes everything come together.

About Wrike

Wrike is a powerful tool for teams, one that ranks highly as both collaboration software and project management software. Wrike, now owned by Citrix, started out as an online platform for team collaboration, work management, and project management, and it continues to grow those areas while also adding related features. The app has since added new work intelligence features that can, for example, predict when a project is at risk of falling behind and call attention to possible causes. While Wrike is on the expensive side, it's easier to set up and start using than many other comparable project management apps.

Most popular feedback for ProntoForms

Easy to configure, create forms, create users, create roles, give access, feeding data, API Overall: Signing up the member without using paper form. That avoid the data re-entry. Pros: I have been supporting the ProntoForms Application from 4 years. All features are very easy to use and manage. All features are very effective. Users iPad might have different forms. Even a forms that has 7 pages, no issue at all. I worked on API to push data for the forms into iPad. Users submit the records and will back to the server to automatic feed into database. Customize whole cycle was great and success. Creating Users, Creating roles, security access, creating form space and forms are very easy. All features to create form are there. Customize forms can be create easily. Cons: As a software engineer, I don't see any cons on this application. But I see that a user can use either iPad or iPhone. One user cannot use both. If user want to use both there will be two license and two user. If a user can use at least two devices from same license and same user name that will great.

Wrike reviews

Wrike makes assisting users in the company with their IT problems so easy, it takes away so much of the stress that can often come with a support position. The ability to share work with managers and relevant tasks with colleagues has never been easier. The layout is sleek and customizable and improvements are constantly rolled out. Wrike looks good, feels good to use, and perhaps most importantly is an absolute breeze to use. No intimidating learning curve, you can just jump right in and begin to work.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff. The commenting and messaging are great as well and save time compared to using an email to talk about a certain task. Pros The overall structure and tools offered are great for team and project management. The design is not bad to look at either. I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature. It does a good job of saving your time when you're setting up a project. And it can take a lot of time considering how customizable and flexible the platform is, which is a great plus for many I'm sure. It was for my team and that's exactly the reason it was chosen. Cons It's very messy. I remember that I and my colleagues had a very hard time adjusting to the platform because its features were all over the place. Even though the design has been improved a lot, still some UI choices aren't as intuitive as I'd want them to be. The price is also not the cheapest. I wouldn't call it the most expensive either, but you can, for sure, find something cheaper.

Wrike helps teams smartly manage both projects and ongoing work. While it offers a large assortment of features and is easy to use, it's nearly impossible to get started without consulting customer service.

ProntoForms reviews

Overall: There isn't many positives I can convey. I have developed safety audits for several companies, using both Predictive Solutions and iAuditor, both of which I prefer. Pronto Forms was a program that our parent company went to and wanted to be consistent and pushed it out to all of it's subsidiary companies; so I had no choice. Creating the form was no problem, however we aren't a company that is at a site for multiple months at a time, we may only be at a project for 2-3 days, and we are constantly moving employees around, which means every time you do this, you have to update your form, then ensure all the users sync the data for it to show up before they use it again. When trying to use the data, it's pointless. You enter data on the Pronto Forms site, then you have to go to a different website to get your data. Predictive Solutions is obviously the Cadillac of Safety auditing software, the one fault with them I have is that if you have to make changes, it isn't as easy as making the changes yourself, you send them into your contact for them to make the changes. Pronto Forms gives you that freedom, I will give them that, but still, as the administrator of these forms as well as having my main job function, unless you are a company that hires someone specifically to manage the Pronto Forms entry and collection, I would steer clear. As soon as our contract is up, we will be going back to iAuditor, which is far less expensive, allows up to three user devices per user (being an admin, I have to change devices regularly, and each time, it locks me out of the other device I am using). I hate giving a company a bad review, but what we were sold on and what the final product was, is light years away from each other.

Overall: It's good, I consider for keep for a time. Pros: So, It's very interesting this software, the colors, the frame position. I like because, first, we can use in a smartphone and develop advanced surveys. Also, I love that we can connect with a differents type of cloud for example G suit (I personally use) or even Dropbox, organizing and obtaining the analysis hoped. Finally, It's too easy for start and I consider essential for a SEO plan, marketing, advertising and all is in real time. Cons: It can be better, for example the settings option need be more visible. Sometimes, the connection is gone.

"ProntoForms is a critical Field Service data capture tool" Pros: The form builder is very intuitive, and their support documentation site is full of useful tools to assist the form building process. Adoption was easy as well because the mobile apps are intuitive to the user. If needing additional support from their support team, they reply out quickly and follow up with support requests to ensure a positive experience is met. If we have suggestions we can submit them and they are often implemented down the road as new features--what more could you ask for? Cons: There is nothing that I don't like about this software and company as a whole.
