I also use xTiles as a personal note-taking app and it really lacks a decent mobile version for this. Except for this, I haven't faced any other drawbacks.

Less is more. I never leave any recommendations for any app. I used many widget board sticky notes and todo list apps etc;… so far I am in love with this app. It’s simple. Neat. Easy to understand & make your daily task list todo’s and many more. Love it! Absolutely recommend it to those who got OCD like me when it comes to being organize and have my *hit Under control lol. 5+ ❣️

The ability to structure content with features like tiles drag&drop, combining tiles and nesting documents with my tiles is great. I like that I can collaborate with my team too. I like the way we can organize our pieces of content in a document using tiles and tabs. We normally separate tabs for drafts and clean copies for our creatives. Subpages also help to store some inspirations and personal notes. A big plus is the ability to comment and get notifications when someone comments on your notes which is really handy for collaborative work.

I like how easy it's to use the tool. I can quickly break my findings into fragments using the cards (tiles) and move them around just like I need. Also I like the possibility of creating sub-pages. It allows me to avoid cluttering of the main page.

May be a little too simple. This is a very clean and tidy to do list. I like many things about it, but there are no recurring date features, which for me, and probably for most, makes it unusable as a to do app.
