"Speechify is absolutely brilliant. Growing up with dyslexia this would have made a big difference. I’m so glad to have it today."Sir Richard Branson
I also use xTiles as a personal note-taking app and it really lacks a decent mobile version for this. Except for this, I haven't faced any other drawbacks.
xTiles is a cross-platform visual note-taking app for creatives and think tanks that works in both solo and collaborative modes. It enables creative minds to gather, visualize, edit, and store their ideas in one location, seamlessly transforming incipient ideas into solid and clear form. The benefits of whiteboards and text editors are combined in xTiles to create linear and multidimensional documents. With drag-and-drop, one can easily move objects and create an infinite canvas on which to transform space with no restrictions. The workspace can be organized in pinned notes, tables, tabs, and embeddings, allowing you to choose the best way to display the content. In addition, pictures, links to articles, and videos can be attached to tiles, adding other elements to the space and connecting them. This visual note-taking app's core philosophy is simplicity and clarity. It doesn't take long to figure out the basic and advanced functions for transforming data. The app's user interface is straightforward. xTiles features are extremely simple to interact with, with a focus on well-organized and easy-to-navigate space. Here, users can define their own tile styles, add bulleted lists, create quotes, and create multi-level documents.
I just downloaded this app, and I found out that it doesn’t even have some features in markup on photos! Like the scissors feature, you draw a circle around your drawing, and you can delete it, move it around, and in notability, you can even change its look! Also, in this app, for almost everything, we have to pay. Suppose you want more than two notebooks, you have to pay. Even if you want to use a text box, you have to pay. Even with the BASIC colors, you have to pay. I like notability better than this.
You may quickly create multi-media notes with QuickNotes X by utilizing an image as the note's background, importing photos from your library or the web using an in-app tool, or by dragging and dropping from another window. These images can also be moved and resized at any time, allowing you to change them as needed. You can type your notes instead of writing them by adding Text Boxes with the new Text Tool. Want to change the text style? With QuickNotes X, typing and taking notes are now simpler. You may select the font, size, and color that you like, as well as bold or underline critical phrases. Lossless Zoom and Expert Tools Because details are crucial, it is vital to utilize better colors when taking notes. You need the correct tools to write the ideal note. Because of this, QuickNotes X is equipped with everything you need, including an Eraser and a basic Pen and Highlighter, ensuring that no mistakes are ever irreparable. To further personalize your style, choose the ideal line width and opacity. Then, choose the appropriate color from a hand-picked palette or by utilizing the new HSV picker. Even importing a color from an image is possible with the innovative RealityPicker! Even when zooming in or moving across the page, QuickNotes X's new accurate drawing engine never loses detail. Additionally, it provides all the resources required to take flawless, expert notes in one location. Your notebooks can be password-protected. Using a password or Touch ID or Face ID Want to limit who can access a certain notebook? Simply establish a password for it at that time, or long-press an existing notebook to lock it. And to unlock it when you need to add more pages, simply input the password once more or unlock using Touch ID or Face ID.
I've been able to cut my time spend organizing publication materials for our blog almost in half. The ability to structure content with features like tiles drag&drop, combining tiles and nesting documents with my tiles is great. I like that I can collaborate with my team too. Together we use xTiles for planning our sprints.

I like the way we can organize our pieces of content in a document using tiles and tabs. We normally separate tabs for drafts and clean copies for our creatives. Subpages also help to store some inspirations and personal notes. A big plus is the ability to comment and get notifications when someone comments on your notes which is really handy for collaborative work.

I like how easy it's to use the tool. I can quickly break my findings into fragments using the cards (tiles) and move them around just like I need. Also I like the possibility of creating sub-pages. It allows me to avoid cluttering of the main page.

TLDR - Easy to use and very helpful for organization. Missing some features that are not essential for use, but would be a convenient and pleasant addition in the future. The notebook organization system and the ease of changing writing utensil, page format, and incorporating images is noteworthy. It is also very easy to export notebooks in various formats (though the premium expansion is needed for some of the aforementioned features). It also works incredibly with the Apple Pencil. However, there are some relatively common features that are currently missing, and could be helpful if added in the future. -To my knowledge, there is no method to reorder pages, only add and remove. - There is also no ruler tool, which has some niche cases where it would be helpful. While I understand it wouldn’t not be a significant priority for most users, I am surprised that even the paid tools do not compare with the included markup tools on Apple’s iBooks -There is also no ability to copy and paste a portion of a page or a whole page, which can be helpful when weighting lengthy equations or statements -there is no ability to separate or move specific selections of writing around the page, even though text and images can be moved as overlays Overall, I like the app a lot, and I feel it has a lot of potential. However, there are many features I have seen in competitor’s apps that are missing.

Love the simplicity aesthetic layout just need minor adjustments Overall love how simple the layout is on the app and I’m definitely planning to buy the full pack. Just my one thing as I’m writing with my Apple Pencil and my Adonit dash my palm is creating a master piece of line work below as I’m writing lol. I use the app to brainstorm my new ideas and art projects like how I would do on a normal notebook. And transferring to another app thru pdf very convenient i can keep organized thru my apple files. My reason giving 4 stars it’s missing palm rejection function when I’m writing with my Apple Pencil. Other than that I do enjoy using the app
