I would be interested in how others have used the scheduling or attachment tracking aspect of the software. When I have used it in the past, people have had challenges in opening it so I decided to stop using that feature. We needed to score over 10,000 contact records to focus our sales and marketing efforts towards the right contacts and contact actions. Our team now has a very targeted list of contacts and or our marketing department knows exactly what actions prospects need to take to be a high valued SQL.
