I would be interested in how others have used the scheduling or attachment tracking aspect of the software. When I have used it in the past, people have had challenges in opening it so I decided to stop using that feature. No complicated features and/or process. Direct to the point emailing platform ideal for a small business with a few 1000s customers. The new interface is a huge step up. Very affordable. i recommend.
