Vague on who is opening email if a colleague is copied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Yesware: It is a great tool to use in sales process. I would be interested in how others have used the scheduling or attachment tracking aspect of the software. When I have used it in the past, people have had challenges in opening it so I decided to stop using that feature. I would recommend if you are working with a colleague on a project not copy them as it is difficult to distinguish who open the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. "Very happy with YesWare" What do you like best about Yesware? I like the data provided about open rate and my favorite functionality is pop-up notifications when emails are opened. Extremely useful for email marketing automation I can create sophisticated email marketing campaigns. I'm able to plan my launches. I've been able to generate more sales because of this. The team are also superb - helping me with my requests very quickly. I'm barely scratching the surface as far as using the software to its fullest extent. I have to say that SendX is the best email marketing software I have used till date.

Before sendx, we were using mailchimp. For some reason, our deliverability was compromised and we tried to investigate. Mailchimp support never got back! In my frustration, we decided to give sendx a go. Migrating was smooth and started our campaigns through sendx. Great delivery rates. Also, Agni from their team is a rockstar! Prompt, knowledgable and actually listens to what you have to say.

We are an Ed Tech company. After testing out SendX for 1 month it was clear that this is the right system for us. Provides insights on which subject lines are resulting in the highest open rates
Allows us to send proposals or any attachment and get granular data as to how many times it was viewed, how long they viewed a particular slide
Track engagement

Cons
Sending to multiple recipients: No insights as to which specific individual opened, clicked, etc
Can’t track for some organizations that block the ability to do so (not really something Yesware can control)

So far we have been pretty happy with the service and the speed with which the product is evolving
Development and support
The support on issue resolution is great and the developments going on are even better
This Email marketing software actually it's the best , I like the fact I can send unlimited Emails to my customers monthly

Communication was always delayed until the next day due to the time difference (team is in India)
This was very frustrating when you are trying to fix an issue in the moment
No proper Analytics and reporting for email campaigns
Very limited integration with other marketing tool
My biggest complaint about the software is that the portal can be very slow to load."
