I would be interested in how others have used the scheduling or attachment tracking aspect of the software. When I have used it in the past, people have had challenges in opening it so I decided to stop using that feature. I would recommend if you are working with a colleague on a project not copy them as it is difficult to distinguish who open the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
