Overall the entire process was very easy and streamlined. The demo process was very clear and straightforward and all of our expectations were met based on those original conversations. The onboarding team was very quick with their responses and was able to help us work through all of the nuances of setup and process when it came to our business. Whenever there was an issue it was resolved with quick back a forths and timely execution. The team was very good at conceptualizing our thoughts and applying them to rules for setup and integration.
