Yesterday John Fontanelli was just a pizza delivery guy in New York City. One day later he’s the richest man in the world.
One trillion dollars–one million times one million–$1,000,000,000,000: more money than anyone could imagine.
For generations the Vacchis, an old Italian family of lawyers and asset managers, had supervised the fortune as it grew over five hundred years, until one particular date that the benefactor had stipulated in his will. The youngest male descendant would be fated to oversee the fortune for the good of humanity. John relishes his new life of luxury, rubbing elbows with royalty, buying up corporations, fielding a flood of beautiful women–until one day the phone rings, and a mysterious stranger tells the trillionaire that he knows what dirty secrets lie behind the fortune.
Bestselling author Andreas Eschbach’s One Trillion Dollars is a thriller that pits morality and choice against the lust for material goods–at any cost.

In the sequel to The Jesus-Video, the video has made for some changes and has become both a blessing and a curse for Stephen Foxx and Judith Menez. Meanwhile, a man named Samuel Barron is trying something else entirely. He has perfected time travel and sends his son and three companions two thousand years into the past with the object of bringing Jesus back with them to the present. If they succeed, will the prophesied return of the Son of God be fulfilled? And more importantly, will it initiate the Apocalypse? This collection contains all four episodes of the audio thriller miniseries The Jesus-Deal.
Episode 1: Keeper of the Legacy Even after moving to the US, Stephen Foxx and Judith Menez find themselves pursued by their past and the Jesus video to still be both a blessing and a curse. Meanwhile, the orthodox ascetic Samuel Barron, one of the richest men alive, has his own agenda. After years of planning, Barron intends to send his son Michael and three companions back in time–two thousand years into the past, to be precise.
Episode 2: Ex MachinaMichael Barron and his companions are sent two thousand years into the past with his father’s secretly built time machine. Their goal is more than just meeting Jesus of Nazareth, however. Samuel Barron wants them to bring him back to the present to fulfill the prophesied return of the Son of God–and thereby usher in the Apocalypse.
Episode 3: The Last SupperWhile Michael and his companions try to track down Jesus, Judith’s brother Yehoshuah is kidnapped by the Mossad. Stephen and Judith have to return to Israel and try to find him. But this isn’t a simple kidnapping. All evidence suggests that someone is planning an assault on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem–a guaranteed start to a third world war. The Apocalypse seems to be within reach.
Episode 4: New BeginningsWith the Mossad’s help, Stephen and Judith find out more about the terror threat: a passenger aircraft loaded with explosive material is meant to crash into the city. Meanwhile, Michael Barron and his companions reach their goal, personally meeting Jesus Christ. Will their plan to kidnap the Son of God succeed? And can Stephen and the others still prevent the end of the world?

A strange find at an archaeological dig in Israel may change our view on human history and religion. When science fiction author Peter Eisenhardt is called by the multimillionaire John Kaun to help at the site, he doesn’t understand why–at first. Once he finds out that the team in Israel has found the manual of a modern video camera in an ancient tomb, he begins to see why Kaun asked for him. Due to his research, Eisenhardt is an expert on fictional time travel and many of its theories. If this manual isn’t a joke and it’s actually two thousand years old, Eisenhardt may help answer two simple questions. Where is the camera? And what could be on it?
This collection contains all four episodes of the audio thriller miniseries The Jesus-Video.
Episode 1: In the BeginningScience fiction author Peter Eisenhardt is quite surprised when the media mogul and multimillionaire John Kaun calls on him to assist at an archeological site in Israel. Stephen Foxx and Judith Menez are working there as well, and they become witnesses to the most extraordinary archeological find in history: the manual of a modern video camera in a two-thousand-year-old tomb. The race to solve the mystery begins.
Episode 2: The Holy CityThe manual of a modern video camera in a two-thousand-year-old tomb can mean only one thing: in the lifetime of Jesus Christ, this camera could have been used and might have made recordings of great historical impact. Meanwhile, Stephen Foxx deciphers parts of a message that was found together with the manual and which he kept secret from the multimillionaire John Kaun. The few deciphered pieces are enough to come to one conclusion: this is a letter from a time traveler.
Episode 3: The MissionThe deciphered letter assures: the Jesus video exists. The hunt for the recording that will unhinge the world begins. Though it’s not just Stephen Foxx and his opponent John Kaun searching for answers: soon the Vatican is interested in the ominous video as well. The hunt leads everyone into the Judean mountains between the Mediterranean and the Dead Sea, to the historical center of the one city that three world religions dispute over: Jerusalem.
Episode 4: ExodusStephen Foxx and his companions are only one step ahead of their enemies in their hunt for the Jesus video. Finally, in the ruins of a seemingly abandoned cloister, the two groups clash. While Stephen Foxx and his team learn the last remaining secrets surrounding the video, John Kaun’s mercenaries launch an assault on the cloister. Now Stephen and Judith are not only trying to find the video, they also have to fight for their lives.
