David De Juan Marcos

David de Juan Marcos (Salamanca, 1980) got his beginning writing short stories, a genre in which he has obtained various prizes and recognition. His first novel, El baile de las lagartijas (2011), earned him a grant from the Antonio Gala Foundation for Creative Youth and was awarded the 27th International Prize for the Novel, City of Valencia Vicente Blasco Ibáñez, quickly making him a public and critical success.
