Dr. Karl I. Payne is a pastor, a teacher, a discipleship trainer, and an apologist. He received his Masters of Divinity and his Doctorate of Ministry from Western Seminary, Portland. For over twenty-five years, he has trained people through his discipleship and apologetics materials. He is the Founder of the Transferrable Cross Training Foundation, and he serves as the Pastor of Leadership Development at Antioch Bible Church and as the chaplain for the Seattle Seahawks.
