The 9/11 Commission Report, is the official report of the events leading up to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Adherents of the 9/11 Truth movement however, dispute the mainstream account of the September 11 attacks of 2001. The group disputes the commonly accepted account Al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked four airliners, crashed them into the Pentagon and New York’s Twin Towers, where the crashes led to their collapse. The primary focus is on missed information not adequately explained in the official NIST theory, such as the collapse of 7 World Trade Center. They suggest a cover-up and, at the least, complicity by insiders.

“I’m a poet, and I like my lies the way my mother used to make them.”
“Having to talk destroys the symphony of silence.”
“Ordinary morality is only for ordinary people.”
“Every man and every woman is a star.”
― Aleister Crowley
Aleister Crowley was born 12 October 1875. He was an English occultist, ceremonial magician, poet, painter, novelist, and mountaineer. He founded the religion of Thelema, identifying himself as the prophet entrusted with guiding humanity into the Æon of Horus in the early 20th century. A prolific writer, he published widely over the course of his life. Born to a wealthy family in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, Crowley rejected his parents’ fundamentalist Christian faith to pursue an interest in Western esotericism. He was educated at Trinity College at the University of Cambridge, where he focused his attentions on mountaineering and poetry. Some biographers allege that here he was recruited into a British intelligence agency, further suggesting that he remained a spy throughout his life. In 1898 he joined the esoteric Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, where he was trained in ceremonial magic. Moving to Boleskine House by Loch Ness in Scotland, he went mountaineering in Mexico before studying Hindu and Buddhist practices in India. He married Rose Edith Kelly and in 1904 they honeymooned in Cairo, Egypt Crowley declared his followers should “Do what thou wilt” and seek to align themselves with their True Will through the practice of magick. Herein is a treasury of his long-lost writings, words and ideals.

“Ordinary morality is only for ordinary people.
I was asked to memorise what I did not understand; and, my memory being so good, it refused to be insulted in that manner.”
“I’m a poet, and I like my lies the way my mother used to make it.”
“Science is always discovering odd scraps of magical wisdom and making a tremendous fuss about its cleverness”.
Edward Alexander Crowley, (born October 12, 1875, Royal Leamington Spa, England—died December 1, 1947, Hastings) was a British occultist, writer, and mountaineer, who was a practitioner of “magick” (as he spelled it) and called himself ‘the Beast 666’. He was denounced in his own time for his decadent lifestyle and had few followers, but he became an iconic cult figure after his death.

The Media ran exaggerated accounts of his bravado and colorful personality, styling him as a Robin Hood figure.
In response, J. Edgar Hoover, then director of the Bureau of Investigation (BOI), used Dillinger and his gang as his campaign platform to evolve the BOI into the Federal Bureau of Investigation, developing more sophisticated investigative techniques as weapons against organized crime.
After evading police in four states for almost a year, Dillinger was wounded and returned to his father’s home to recover. He returned to Chicago in July 1934 and sought refuge in a brothel owned by Ana Cumpănaș, who informed police and federal agents of his whereabouts. On July 22, 1934, the police and the Division of Investigation] closed in on the Biograph Theater. Federal agents, led by Melvin Purvis and Samuel P. Cowley, moved to arrest Dillinger as he exited the theater. He drew a Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket and attempted to flee.
The gun battle that led to his death occurred on July 22nd 1934. He was 32 years old. This is his story.

Jeffrey Joseph Juliana, nee Geoffrey Giuliano, nee Jaganntha Dasa, is a man of many faces and adventures. A plumber’s son from Western, New York now in his mid-sixties, this transient soul has experienced a wide swath of poverty, riches, fame, anonymity , hedonism and piety. At the same time 50% monk and 50% monkey, Giuliano is best known as the author of a shelfful of books on the Beatles and other rock icons, a well known film actor, world traveler, vegetarian activist, and very public devotee of Sri Krishna.
Here is his rags to riches then back to rags story as told by himself, in an honest, enlightening, often shocking, sometimes humorous look back on the first nineteen years of his often unlikely life and times. This first installment of his autobiography focuses on the years 1953 to 1971 and his trek from small town kid, to all American 1960’s hippie, to enthusiastic young seeker of Lord Krishna in the early years of the Hare Krishna Movement.
While this is uniquely Geoffrey’s story it is also a similar tale to many who lived through the same era. If the child is the father of the man then this collection of cutting memories explains a great deal about the bold, creative character Giuliano later became. There are many words here – many of them bad.

When the Beatles first came to our attention in a big way in 1964 it was obvious they were a phenomena to reckon with. History changers in the form of four shaggy haired young men who certainly knew how to carry a tune. Beatlemania swept the planet and the names John, Paul, George, and Ringo became household words. Unlike the Rolling Stones who just keep on going the Beatles broke up in 1970 but there is an international league of devoted fans who still spend an inordinate amount of their lifetimes thinking about, studying, listening to, and yes, even worshiping the Beatles to this day – some 50 years after they decided to go there separate ways. Geoffrey Giuliano has written 24 books on the group and was friendly with George Harrison. Obviously, he knows the subject well – but now that he sees fans in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and yes, even 80s, still clinging to the group so vehemently he wonders in this unique audio rant if it’s really such a good idea. Giuliano himself spent a lot of time over the last 30 years thinking, writing, and talking about the Beatles – but it was done as a profession. These tens of thousands around the world have taken it up almost as a quasi-religion, or indeed a kind of cult. This is not to say that it is necessarily a bad thing -but is it is a phenomenon he notes in this unique audiobook. The premise being that one can perhaps take things too far when it comes to being a fan of any one. How healthy is it to give yourself over to someone you’ve never met, don’t know, but whose work and public persona you so greatly admire? This is this the seminal question raised by this one of a kind recording with the most proficient and prolific of all Beatles authors.

Calypso to Collapso; The Resurrection of Vivian Stanshall
- By: Geoffrey Giuliano
- Narrator: Geoffrey Giuliano
- Length: 7 hours 43 minutes
- Publisher: Author's Republic
- Publish date: January 01, 2020
- Language: English
Vivian Stanshall was the quintessential pop hero of the 60s, 70s and 80s. Viv shot to fame in 1968 in the BONZO DOG DOO-DAH BAND, but as many listeners of the John Peel Show are aware, his tales of the upper-class Rawlinsons and Maynards were the bees knees for anyone with a warped sense of humour.
Born Victor Anthony Stanshall, 21 March 1943, Shillingford, Oxfordshire, his post-WWII family settled in the coastal town of Leigh-on-Sea, in Essex. From bingo-caller to painting fairground attractions (and a spell in the merchant navy), Stanshall enrolled at London’s Central School of Art and Design. It was there in September 1962, he met Roger Ruskin Spear, Rodney Slater and Neil Innes (the latter attended nearby Goldsmiths College) and, with other equally unorthodox musicians, formed The BONZO DOG DOO-DAH BAND.
They appeared in the Beatles ‘ Mystery Tour’ movie in 1967, to an off-kilter Top 10 hit with `I’m The Urban Spaceman’ a year later,
As the BONZO DOGS decided to split in early 1970 (after four LPs: `Gorilla’, `The Doughnut In Granny’s Greenhouse’, `Tadpoles’ and `Keynsham’), it gave an opportunity for Viv to explore his inner-characters on a few 45s.
As contractual duties led Viv back to the BONZOS to 1972’s ‘Let’s Make Up And Be Friendly’ – showcasing the sophisticated, spoken-wordsmith’s introduction to Sir Henry, via the 9-minute `Rawlinson End’.
Probably thinking that young Mike Oldfield’s titanic `Tubular Bells’ would never be the success it became, Stanshall’s MC-sonic word-play would be an essential ingredient to the final minutes of side one. He never got paid.
Having divorced first wife in 1975, he subsequently settled down with American writer Pamela `Ki’ Longfellow in their houseboat (the Searchlight). Viv also deposited a few tales of his comic characters from Sir Henry for John Peel’s Radio 1 show, and it was time to piece it all together in the adventures of ‘Sir Henry At Rawlinson’s End’.

“The revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall. The life of a single human being is worth a million times more than all the property of the richest man on earth. I am not a liberator. Liberators do not exist. The people liberate themselves.” CHE GUEVARA A unique audio primer and celebration of the inspirational life and great work of revolutionary and social reformer Commandante Ernesto Rafael ‘Che” Guevara de la Serna Lynch. Ernesto was born June 14, 1928 in Rosario, Argentina, in a family with aristocratic roots but strong socialistic ideals. In June of 1955 young Ernesto met Raul Castro. On July 8th Fidel Castro arrived in Mexico to join his brother and Ernesto. When Fidel met Che “he was already an educated revolutionary.” Remembers Castro. The great Cuban revolution against tyranny soon followed and was won chiefly because of the dedication of the Castros and Dr. Guevara. On October 8, 1967 in the village La Higuera, Bolivia, Che and two comrades fell into the hands of the army. A Bolivian colonel and the representatives of the CIA, arrived by helicopter. It was decided to murder Che and his comrades Willy Cuba and Juan Pablo Chang immediately. A nervous, young low level Bolivian soldier did the job, Che, the icon and hero of all hearts and minds however, lives forever!

Conversations Ginger Baker Cream Blind Faith & Beyond
- By: Geoffrey Giuliano

- Publisher: Author's Republic
- Publish date: January 01, 2019
- Language: English
Ginger Baker was, without question, the foremost drummer of his generation, having formed supergroups Cream and Blind Faith. In the early 1990s, author Geoffrey Giuliano received a call from Baker asking if he would be interested in writing his autobiography. From there, a turbulent, yet fruitful relationship ensued between the two. Dark Angel of Italia Benito Mussolini El Duce Fascist Dictator

“It’s better to live one day as a lion than 100 years as a sheep.”
“I am the most terrible animal that’s ever existed.”
“Democracy is beautiful in theory; in practice, it is a fallacy. You in America will see that someday.”
“It’s good to trust others but, not to do so is much better.”
“Every anarchist is a baffled dictator.”
“I feel, when we have no friends upon whom to lean, or to look for moral guidance.” (Mussolini)
Benito Amilcare Andrea Mussolini, born on July 29, 1883, who went by the nickname “Il Duce” (“the Leader”), was a deeply unbalanced tyrannical Italian dictator who created the dreaded Fascist Party in 1919. Eventually, he held all power in Italy as the country’s prime minister from 1922 to 1943. An ardent socialist as a youth, Mussolini followed in his father’s political footsteps but was expelled by the party for his overt support of World War I. As an evil dictator during World War II (even murdering his own son by lethal injection) he greatly overextended his forces and was eventually killed by his own people in Mezzegra, Italy. Here, for the first time, are the words of the great dictator himself in his twisted manifesto on the political movement he started and is still so feared to this very day.

Assata Olugbala Shakur is a former member of the Black Liberation Army (BLA), who was convicted of being an accomplice in the first-degree murder of State Trooper Werner Foerster during a shootout on the New Jersey Turnpike in 1973. Shakur was also the target of the FBI’s COINTELPRO (counterintelligence program) directed against Black Power movement groups and activists.
Also involved in the shootout were New Jersey State Troopers Werner Foerster and James Harper and BLA members Sundiata Acoli and Zayd Malik Shakur. Harper was wounded; Zayd was killed; Foerster was killed by Acoli. Between 1973 and 1977, Shakur was charged with murder, attempted murder, armed robbery, bank robbery, and kidnapping in relation to the shootout and six other incidents. She was acquitted on three of the charges and three were dismissed. In 1977, she was convicted of the murder of Foerster and of seven other felonies related to the shootout.
While serving a life sentence for murder, she escaped from the Clinton Correctional Facility for Women in 1979. She surfaced in Cuba in 1984, where she was granted political asylum. Shakur has lived in Cuba since, despite US government efforts to have her returned. She is on the FBI Most Wanted Terrorists list, as Joanne Deborah Chesimard.
This is her story.

Che Guevara’s famous last diary, found in his backpack after he was captured by the Bolivian Army in 1967 played a pivotal role in catapulting him to iconic status after his death.
In 1967 Guevara left Cuba to lead the Bolivian Liberation Army. In the jungles of Bolivia they attempted to initiate a revolution like that in Cuba, in which Che played such a central role. This fascinating diary describes the troubled guerrilla campaign until Che’s final entry on the 7th October 1967 – the day before his capture by the CIA-backed Bolivian Army and his execution.
Ernesto Che Guevara was born in Argentina in 1928. After fighting alongside Fidel Castro in the three-year guerrilla war in Cuba, he became the Minister for Industry following the victory of the Cuban revolution. In 1966 he established a guerrilla base in Bolivia. He was captured by the CIA and killed in 1967.

Geoffrey Giuliano In Conversation with Ki Longfellow Stanshall Wife Of Bonzo Dog Man Viv Stanshall #1
- By: Geoffrey Giuliano

KI Longfellow Stanshall is the brilliant, and yes, controversial, author of several internationally best selling books. She is also a prolific play-write, screenwriter, theatrical producer, soldier for women’s rights, world traveler, and oh by the way, the second wife of the late Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band’s iconic, singer, composer and frontman, Vivian Stanshall.
In this one of a kind, audio encounter between Ms Longfellow and actor, author and music historian, Geoffrey Giuliano, the listener is afforded the rare opportunity to go deep inside the head and the heart of one of the most important and forceful female voices of our time on the subjects of art, culture, her turbulent life and times, and oh by the way, her amazing, almost otherworldly relationship with the great poet laureate of the 1960s, 70s, 80s and beyond, renaissance man, Vivian Stanshall.
This is not to minimize the fact the obvious direction of this unexpected audio documentary is Ki’s decades long love affair with Vivian, rather, to truly enter into the deeper level of these remarkable conversations you must understand that Ki and Viv are both, in their own way, important and timely artists. Take heed, Ms Longfellow is no air head rock groupie, or pop band hanger on, but rather, an important voice in her own right.
To experience this, sometimes rough and ready interview, is to come away knowing far more about Vivian Stanshall as a man, lover, father and artist than any fan, follower, acolyte, or devotee might ever hope to expect.

Graeme Edge The Moody Blues A Celebration
- By: Geoffrey Giuliano
- Narrator: Geoffrey Giuliano
- Length: 1 hours 30 minutes
- Publisher: Author's Republic
- Publish date: January 01, 2021
- Language: English
Graeme Edge was born on 30th March 1941 in Rochester, Staffordshire. His mother was a pianist for the silent movies and his father, grandfather and great-grandfather were all music-hall singers.
Edge trained as a draughtsman but soon went into music full time. He never started out to be a drummer, he was, in fact the manager of a group called the Blue Rhythm Band. Graeme always watched the drummer in the group and fooled around on the drums, but never really drummed professionally until that drummer quit and he had to fill in. He then bought his first drum kit.
The first band he formed was the Silhouettes followed by The Blue Rhythm Band. He then helped to form Gerry Levene and the Avengers, who recorded a single for Decca, and appeared on TV in “Thank Your Lucky Stars”. Following the collapse of this group in April 1964 Edge formed The R & B Preachers, which included Denny Laine and Clint Warwick. When that group disbanded the three of them linked up with Ray Thomas and Mike Pinder to form The M & B 5, which later changed its name to The Moody Blues.
During the Moodies’ break in recording and touring, Graeme released his first solo album KICK OFF YOUR MUDDY BOOTS in 1975. He became particularly enamored with the salsa, calypso, samba, and reggae beats when he visited the Caribbean during his ocean-going voyage round the world in his 70ft yacht.
Graeme drums with a precision beat while spicing the Moodies’ sound with a wide range of percussion instruments. When away from the spotlight he lists his hobbies as sailing, golf, war films and sci-fi – Edge was a confirmed Trekkie

Ki Longfellow Stanshall; Does the Trouser Press Baby! The Lost Lockport Interviews
- By: Geoffrey Giuliano
- Narrator: Geoffrey Giuliano
- Length: 1 hours 5 minutes
- Publisher: Author's Republic
- Publish date: January 01, 2020

Longfellow Stanshall is the brilliant, and yes, controversial, author of several internationally best-selling books. She is also a prolific playwright, screenwriter, theatrical producer, soldier for women’s rights, world traveler, and oh by the way, the second wife of the late Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band’s iconic, singer, composer, and frontman, Vivian Stanshall.
In this one-of-a-kind audio encounter between Ms. Longfellow and actor, author, and music historian Geoffrey Giuliano, the listener is afforded the rare opportunity to go deep inside the head and the heart of one of the most important and forceful female voices of our time on the subjects of art, culture, her turbulent life and times, and oh by the way, her amazing, almost otherworldly relationship with the great poet laureate of the 1960s, ’70s, ’80s and beyond renaissance man, Vivian Stanshall.
This is not to minimize the fact the obvious direction of this unexpected audio documentary is Ki’s decades long love affair with Vivian, rather, to truly enter into the deeper level of these remarkable conversations you must understand that Ki and Viv are both, in their own way, important and timely artists. Take heed, Ms. Longfellow is no airhead rock groupie, or pop band hanger-on, but rather an important voice in her own right.
To experience this sometimes rough and ready interview is to come away knowing far more about Vivian Stanshall as a man, lover, father, and artist than any fan, follower, acolyte, or devotee might ever hope to expect.

Master Of The Black Arts Aleister Crowley The Lost Teachings

“This guy knows more about my life than I do.” George Harrison on Geoffrey Giuliano, 1983
“Although I’ve personally known George Harrison for over twenty-five years, I actually feel a lot closer to the real man after reading Giuliano’s masterful book.” Denny Laine, of The Moody Blues and Wings
“Writing about the music is a tricky business. It’s only the experience of the music which has meaning. . Giuliano’s that one in a million who can whittle down the dreams of an entire generation into something tangible, we can all touch, feel, taste, see, and even hear. That’s what the Beatles did too, all those years ago
Roy Orbison
“Geoffrey is one of a very elite group of writers: those who deal well with the magical spears of our times; those whose tools are their own clear vision.”
Richie Havens
“This is a great biography – and Giuliano’s a wonderful human to boot.”
Steve Holly, drummer for Wings
Once again internationally acclaimed, best-selling biographers, Geoffrey Giuliano and Avalon Giuliano tear back the decades-old veil of myth and unquestioning hero worship surrounding the Beatles’ turbulent lives and present the frank, often heart-wrenching tale of four young men from Liverpool thrust upon the world stage and into the stratosphere of untouchable super-stardom. Utilizing a wealth of unpublished personal correspondence, never-before-heard taped conversations, obscure studio and home recordings, lost songs and the forgotten diaries the group left behind at the Maharishi’s ashram in 1968, Revolution is the last word on the Beatles’ astounding life and times. For the first time, family members, friends, and colleagues speak out exclusively on the often-oppressive constraints of global Beatlemania and the life-changing effect it had on the Boys.
In their own words as well as in the words of those around them, we follow John, Paul, George and Ringo from their childhood in Liverpool and seedy days in Hamburg to the heights of Beatlemania

Meher Baba, took up his avataric duties early in 1922 after seven years of intense work with the five Perfect Masters of the time. Hazrat Babajan of Poona, initiated his spiritual awakening in January, 1914, by kissing him on the forehead. Almost immediately he entered into a state of mind out of touch with normal consciousness.
Dazed and apparently insane, he made his way during the next year to Shirdi Sai Baba, the chief of the five Perfect Masters, who acknowledged him publically as the Sustainer of the Universe, and sent him to Upasni Maharaj. As soon as that master saw the young man approaching, he picked up a stone and threw it with great force. It struck him on the forehead exactly where the old woman had kissed him. Thus began al five-year process of regaining normal consciousness while retaining his divine state.
During the 1920’s he gathered his inner circles of disciples while founding a spiritual community in Ahmednagar, India, with schools, hospitals and other projects. In the middle of the decade he became silent and never again uttered a word. For 44 years he communicated by spelling words on an alphabet board and through hand gestures.
He became well known in the West during the 1960’s by opposing the use of LSD in the quest for spiritual experiences. In the last years he largely withdrew and intensified his work in seclusion, announcing in the fall of 1968 his work was completed 100% to his satisfaction. On January 31, 1969, one month before his 76th birthday, he left his body, which now lies in the tomb near Ahmednagar, a place of pilgrimage for those who love him.

Swami Satchidananda was the founder of Integral Yoga International. He taught that the birthright of all is to realize the spiritual unity behind the diversity throughout creation and live harmoniously as members of “one universal family”.
Swami was born into a loving spiritual family on December 22nd in 1914 during the month known as Margali, the Dawn of the Devas.
From an early age, Swami (or Ramaswamy as he was known at the time) displayed many spiritual tendencies and a deep dedication to the truth.
Thus at the age of 28 he decided to devote himself full time to his spiritual practice. There then followed a period of seeking the wisdom and blessing of various saints and sages.
Although a sannyasin Satchidananda was active in serving others and was happy to use modern technology to disseminate the teachings of yoga. Like many great Saints, Satchidananda believed all religions could lead seekers to the same goal. His interfaith motto was “Truth Is One, Paths Are Many.”
In 1966 the artist Peter Max invited him to New York this led to Satchidananda deciding to stay becoming an American citizen. In the west, he initiated many and lectured throughout the world. He often participated in interfaith initiatives. His mission was to bring people together in the spirit of harmony.

In 1983 Yoko Ono selected journalist Geoffrey Giuliano for an exclusive interview (one of her first after the tragic death of John Lennon) over the iconic Barbara Walters. Arriving early at the Dakota apartments for what was initially a one-hour interview it turned into an all-day affair with Giuliano staying until early evening talking freely with Yoko Ono and a young Sean Lennon.
The remarkable interview presented here is the fruit of that long-ago day which turned out to be much more than just a one-off interview. Subsequent to that first visit Geoffrey formed some kind of a relationship with Yoko and regularly visited the Dakota and spoke with her on the phone.
This interview was partially used for a feature in Playgirl magazine that same year so with approximately 90% of the tape left unheard for decades. This then is the complete record of their first afternoon together in the rambling white Gothic apartment of the great John Lennon.

The Beatles Rishikesh Disaster, 1968

In 1968, the Beatles trekked to a remote, mysterious, and beautiful part of India known as Rishikesh, or the valley of the saints. For literally thousands of years, this remote riverside valley has been a magnet for advanced yogis, mystics, and seekers of truth. In 1968, it was the absolute zenith of all of this and the pop world as well. It was here the Beatles wrote dozens of now iconic songs while meditating at the feet of the lauded spiritual master. Along with many of the world’s most celebrated people, the group once again led the way as innovators in not only music, but innate spirituality as well.
Fifty years later, we remember the group’s bold trek and artistic accomplishment in this inspirational audio biography from Beatles author and historian Geoffrey Giuliano. The Maharishi, the Beatles, and friends tell their own story in this one-of-a-kind celebration of a magical time gone by. If you are a fan of the Beatles and love their music, you have to have this extended, in-depth look at the birth of The Beatles’ White Album.
In 1992 Geoffrey Giuliano was asked if he would do an exclusive interview with the Maharishi in Switzerland. The author readily agreed as the reclusive spiritual master almost never met the press and he was embarking on an ambitious program of mass meditation to try to purify vast areas of the United States. After a great deal of negotiation, the two finally got together on Christmas Eve and had a prolonged, stirring conversation that is documented here. In addition, the Maharishi was joined by the late world-class magician Doug Henning. Put together with a chronological, historical narration by Giuliano, here is your chance to go one on one with one of the greatest spiritual minds of our time. This is the complete, exhaustive, untold story of the Beatles and the Maharishi, circa 1968.

Frederick Douglass was an American social reformer, abolitionist, orator, writer, and statesman. After escaping from slavery in Maryland, he became a national leader of the abolitionist movement in Massachusetts and New York, gaining note for his oratory and incisive antislavery writings. Accordingly, he was described by abolitionists in his time as a living counter-example to slaveholders’ arguments that slaves lacked the intellectual capacity to function as independent American citizens. Likewise, Northerners at the time found it hard to believe that such a great orator had once been a slave. This is his story. The Lost Searchlight Tapes Vivian Stanshall Resurrected
- By: Geoffrey Giuliano

- Length: 2 hours 7 minutes
- Publisher: Author's Republic
- Publish date: January 01, 2021

Vivian, the headmaster of the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band, was also a singular author, poet, painter, actor, and iconic British eccentric. This unique audiobook offers rare insight into the brilliant clockwork mind of this late British national treasure. Renaissance man Stanshall holds forth on a number of insightful topics relating to his turbulent life and enticing, inspirational, evergreen work. This in-depth production also includes a concise one-hour biological overview of Vivian’s life as well as the personal remembrances of his close friend and longtime colleague, Giuliano.
Stanshall was the quintessential, offbeat pop icon of the 60s, 70s and 80s. His tales of the upper-class Rawlinsons and Maynards are perfect fare for anyone with a warped sense of humor. Born Victor Anthony Stanshall, March 21, 1943, Shillingford, Oxfordshire, his post-WWII family settled in the coastal town of Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. From teenage bingo-caller to painting fairground attractions (and a spell in the merchant navy), Viv enrolled at London’s Central School of Art and Design. It was there in September 1962, he met Roger Ruskin Spear, Rodney Slater and Neil Innes (the latter attended nearby Goldsmiths College) and, with other equally unorthodox musicians, formed The Bonzo’s. They appeared in the Beatles ‘ Mystery Tour’ movie in 1967, to an off-kilter top 10 hit with `I’m The Urban Spaceman’ a year later, As the Dogs decided to split in early 1970 (after four LPs: `Gorilla’, `The Doughnut In Granny’s Greenhouse’, `Tadpoles’ and `Keynsham’), it presented an opportunity for Viv to explore his inner-madness on a few now highly collectable 45s. Contractual duties led Viv back to the Bonzos for 1972’s ‘Let’s Make Up And Be Friendly’ – showcasing his sophisticated, spoken-wordsmith’s introduction to Sir Henry, via the 9-minute `Rawlinson End’.

Unwritten History Lincoln A Dark & Dangerous Vision
- By: Geoffrey Giuliano

- Publish date: January 01, 2022

Lincoln’s connection to black history may go much further than his role in slavery. In the 2001 book ‘Black People and Their Place in History’, historian Leroy Vaughn, alleges that Lincoln’s father was African American and his mother had Ethiopian ethnicity, both of which may have explained his “very dark skin and coarse hair.” The fact is his rivals campaigned using propaganda that depicted Lincoln as “Abraham Africanus the First,” an African man.
It is claimed that Abraham Lincoln, who became America’s 16th President in 1860, was a Melungeon; a person of European, African-American and Native American ancestry.
But beyond even that thoughtful historical proposition the late scholar Lerone Bennet Jr. sees America’s most beloved president in a very different light to how he has been portrayed throughout time. Bennet hit a nerve in his research and writing on Lincoln. His book, ‘Forced into Glory: Abraham Lincoln’s White Dream’, questions Lincoln’s role as the “Great Emancipator”. The work was described by one reviewer as a “flawed mirror.” It was further criticized by historians of the Civil War period as faulty.
In his introduction, Bennett wrote:
“The idea of the book is simple: Everything you think you know about Lincoln and race is wrong. Every schoolchild, for example, knows the story of “the great emancipator” who freed Negroes with a stroke of the pen out of the goodness of his heart. The real Lincoln … was a conservative politician who said repeatedly that he believed in white supremacy. Not only that: He opposed the basic principle of the Emancipation Proclamation until his death and was literally forced – Count Adam Gurowski said he was literally whipped – “into the glory of having issued the Emancipation Proclamation,” which Lincoln drafted in such a way that it did not in and of itself free a single slave.”
Bennett’s critics, including historians as well as political scientists, believe he ignores Lincoln’s political and moral growth during the course

You Are Warmly Invited To A Nosh – Half Of Larry’s Lunch
- By: Geoffrey Giuliano
- Narrator: Geoffrey Giuliano
- Length: 1 hours 52 minutes
- Publisher: Author's Republic
- Publish date: January 01, 2021
- Language: English
Author Geoffrey Giuliano and Bonzo Dog man “Legs” Larry Smith had a professional relationship that spanned six wry, weird years in the early 1980s. Together they crafted a cockeyed film script for Giuliano’s firm, intended for George Harrison’s Handmade Films, entitled Half of Larry’s Lunch, which, unfortunately, never made it to the screen and was eventually dropped. With concentrated work on the project conducted in pastoral Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, and Toronto, the two men spent untold months living and working together. Only recently was the interview and other material used in the production of this unique audiobook discovered after being lost for over three decades.
With a lively, fairly bizarre interview between the two, an oddly amusing collection of Henley street interviews conducted by Geoffrey, and other Giuliano-penned musical odds and ends, here is a rare inside look at not only the unlikely relationship between these two talented men but also a breakdown of the creative process in its rawest and most primal form. An audio biographical must for all pop and rock fans, Bonzo Dog freaks, film buffs, underappreciated punks of all shapes and sizes as well as all university and school systems.
