Jim Calhoun

JIM CALHOUN is the legendary coach of the University of Connecticut Huskies. He is among the winningest coaches in NCAA History, ranking No. 12 in all-time Division I victories following the completion of the 2006-07 season. He is also one of only 5 active Division I coaches with at least 750 career wins. He has guided the Huskies to 14 NCAA Tournament appearances over the past 20 years and his Huskies captured the NCAA National Championship in 1999 and 2004. In 2005, Jim Calhoun was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and in 2006 he was named as a member of the Founding Class of the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame.
