Kristy ha entrenado e impulsado el liderazgo de la mujer por más de 15 años en diferentes ámbitos y hacia diversas edades, su pasión es que cada persona en el mundo, especialmente las  mujeres descubran, activen y realicen su plenitud a través de experimentar su poderosa y verdadera identidad. Es directora general de «Ella Plena» una organización especializada en la activación plena del potencial de la mujer. Kristy ha estudiado comunicación social, teología y psicología.
