Luba Sakharuk has always wanted to live a Life Worth Living. After coming to the US from Vilnius, Lithuania in 1992 and graduating from Brookline High School, she was accepted into Northeastern University where she earned an undergraduate degree in computer science and has worked in the IT industry for over twenty years.

Her career led her to agile coaching, professional facilitation, leadership, and digital transformations. Her passion for solving engineering and business problems steered her towards a master’s degree in computer science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MIT Sloan Executive Education, and eventually, to becoming a published author.

Throughout her life, Luba has always been teaching, mentoring, and sharing her knowledge and expertise with others to inspire and empower. She has been interviewed by O’Reilly, appeared in various podcasts, and facilitated hundreds of powerful workshops.

A highly engaging and inspiring presenter, Luba has spoken on her career journey, and various other topics at events such as “She Geeks Out,” “Women in Technology,” as well as Lunch and Learn Programs and various other events, all focused on inspiring attendees to self-reflect on their own journeys and guide them towards that next step.
