Laura Shepperson

Laura Shepperson has been fascinated by myths and retellings since studying the classics at university, and her novel Phaedra updates the story of the sister of the Minotaur. In 2017, she was shortlisted for the Lucy Cavendish Prize for Fiction. She holds a Master of Studies in Creative Writing from the University of Cambridge and is trying to learn Ancient Greek. She lives with her husband and children outside London.
