TERENCE P. JEFFREY is editor-in-chief of Cybercast New Service. With more than two decades of experience in journalism and politics, he has been an editorial writer for the Washington Times, was the editor of Human Events, has been nominated for a Pulitzer Prize, and has worked on numerous Republican political campaigns as well as for many Republican causes. He also writes a nationally syndicated column and is a visiting fellow at the Intercollegiate Studies Institute. He lives with his wife and children in Virginia.
