The lady Chablis

The Lady Chablis (1957–2016), also known as "The Doll" and "The Grand Empress" rose to fame from her character in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. She was also the author of her autobiography Hiding My Candy and she appeared on various TV and talk shows, including The Oprah Winfrey Show. Chablis continued performing around the country making Club One her home base in Savannah, drawing crowds once a month for special appearances.
