This book was a good, funny read. It's about Nate and he's having the worst luck ever. A waffle gets him in trouble in the beginning and then a bean bag chair gets him in trouble. But Nates luck will change. After getting a lucky rabbits foot from Chad his luck is getting better. But that luck might change because of an annoying 7th grader. Will Nates luck stay with him. How long will it last?I gave the book 4 stars because it was boring in the beginning. It got way better in the middle and the ending. If you want a fun read, you should read this book.I liked the comics. They are always good. I also like how Lincoln Piece makes every page a comic. It makes the writing more interesting. If you are a Chad fan you will like this book because Chad is probably the second main character behind Nate in the book.

I loved this book because of all the funny jokes. The jokes are what made me read this book so deeply. There is also a lot of comedy/action.I think this is a good book for early readers because there are a lot of funny illustrations and comics. If you have read diary of a wimpy kid you would definitely like this book.I gave this book 5 stars because of how much I wanted to read it when my time was up. Thank you Lincoln Pierce for giving me an opportunity to read this amazing book!Thank you for your time.-Jacob

Any of the Big Nate books are good to read when you are bored and looking for a fun and easy read. Big Nate has been a well written set of stories that include comic book drawings that add a fun element to each story. Big Nate 'In The Zone' is the sixth book of the series and was one of the better ones in my personal opinion. It seems that Nate just keeps becoming more popular as each book goes on. The story begins with Nate in his sixth grade year and like always, in trouble. This time it is with the principal! You learn that Nate's friend Chad likes this girl but the girl is always hanging out with an older boy in the seventh grade. The seventh grader is the most popular boy in his class. Nate ends up running his big mouth and making a bet with the seventh grader. As a victim of bad luck, Chad and Nate find a mini GI Joe action figure foot thinking it will bring them good luck. (This was one of the more funnier parts of the story because they put their fate in a toy foot.) To find out what happens in the end and if Nate got lucky or not, you will have to read this book for yourself. Start with the first book 'Big Nate, In A Class All by Himself'. This is where you meet and learn all about Nate and his series of bad luck because it is where everything begins with Nate.

I think this book is good for young readers like in 1st-3rd. I like when Big Nate tries very hard. I think this is the best comic/normal book I've ever read instead of the land of stories I guess I am still desperate of it but this book might of just won for 1st.

Big Nate by Lincoln Peirce, the 7th novel in a series (Big Nate), a very interesting book full of humor. I recommend this book to anyone who finds humor books satisfying. The book is also very short and fills the readers with suspense. Also, it’s very hard to put the book. down without finishing it all up. Reading this book multiple times doesn’t even get boring The most favorite part of this book is when Nate sang a backward half-court with his eyes close in order to play basketball in Gym instead of Jazzercise which is about dancing and aerobics combined in a game. The book is very short but takes up many pages. Also, there are many illustrations and mini comic strips to show the readers how the situation is going about. Concluding this review, I think that everyone should read this book or at least give it a try.

In this book, Chad finds a foot of an action figure and says that it's lucky. He gives it to Nate. Nate doesn't think it's lucky. But once he gets it strange things happen. He finds a lady's necklace and she gives him $20, he makes a half court behind the back shot in basketball. But then someone takes it away and he knows he will never see it again. But worst of all she took away right before he needed it most. I would give this book a 4 out of 5 stars, it is extremely funny and keeps you laughing.

so this book is about a 11 year old boy named Nate who is obnoxious a little selfish and funny and he loves sports he can do no wrong at school because he received a good luck charm for his best friend because he was teased at school now he can do all kinds of things like stop bullies, play sports, and becoming popular. i really liked this book because it taught me to try like how Nate tried and tried then made it in to the basketball team

THIRD CHOICE BOOK I really loved this book! It was really funny and good. I really liked the small detail about the good luck charm being a... foot. I love random little details like that. I also think the secret code is a creative touch. Overall, This is a great and funny book to read. I would definitely share this book with my friends.
