Really good book with an abundant of health and wellness information which is vital for a balanced and healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically ..,If you are not new to David Wolfe’s work and writings - a lot of this might not be necessarily new or groundbreaking - but definitely worth the refresher as it proved for me - otherwise if I was new I’d given it 5 starsOnly other thing I thought was or great was that the book covered a lot - yet vaguely, whereas a whole book could have been written for each of the many subjects alone... I enjoyed the holistic approach to nutrition that the author embodied in the book. The topics were very well discussed without sounding like a thesis. I also enjoyed the enhancer and look forward to trying the recipes he shared.

Full of really good tip about the science of superfoods and the natural path to beauty. Even plenty for a naturopath to learn, while speaking plainly. Not reveling in a new acknowledgment of nature, like some. If you know big words already (spirulina), skip the audiobook. ;)
