*SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE PREVIOUS BOOKS IN THE SERIES*Squirrelpaw, Brambleclaw, Crowpaw, Stormfur, and Tawnypelt have finally returned from their long journey to find Midnight and a place for their Clans to flee. The twoleg destruction has grown much worse since the 5 cats left. Twoleg monsters have torn up half the forest, and Windclan is on the very brink of starvation, with Thunderclan and Shadowclan not far behind. Riverclan is the only clan that doesn't seem to be suffering, with their handy dandy river full of fish. By the way, Why can't the other Clans bordering the river fish from there too? Doesn't seem fair... Anywayy. This was another great book in the Warriors series. I didn't really know I could get so interested in a world of cats, but it's so.. suspenseful! :) I love Squirrelpaw and Brambleclaw's sweet little romance too. :)) The book was predictable, but in a way that you know what has to happen, you just don't know when or how it'll happen. Which is fine with mee. The journey to a new home was interesting to read about for me, and seeing the Clan boundaries slowly fade. Can't wait to read the next one. :)

No sé porque pero este libro se me ha hecho un poco más lento que los demás en algunos tramos, quizás porque era bastante parecido al anterior y por eso no le doy las 5 estrellas pero esta muy bien y tiene un buen comienzo.

** spoiler alert ** I loved this book so so so much! But it was so sad because I have loved Greystripe since the first books so it was sad to see him go, but I'm hoping to see him again in another book🤞I also love how in each book in ark two, the point of view changes from one cat to another. But my heart broke into one million pieces when Crowpaw changed his name to Crowfeather in tribute to Feathertail❤💔 (AKA one of my favorite characters)

Once again, I wish I had read this series sooner, because I really should be reading something more on my reading level but these books are just too good. I have actually been drawing most of the characters, and it's helped keep me occupied this summer.

nueva aventura... ¿qué le esperan a nuestros gatos favoritos? un libro de bastante acción mientras preparan todo para su viaje y la señal de hacia dónde deben ir.

Fans of The Prophecy Begins might find themselves mad at Dawn for its promise of large change, and its utter lack of hope. But, to me at least, Dawn is exciting because of those very attributes.Plot 4.5/5★The plot of Dawn picks up directly after the events of Moonrise and the story builds off of the last two books entirely. After the first few chapters you somewhat already know where things are going, but that doesn't make the twists Erin Hunter sprinkles in along the way any less impactful. Where Midnight and Moonrise were action packed, Dawn is dramatic. The story is saddening, and in some parts slow going, but it promises a lot to come through heavy foreshadowing. Style 5/5★Since there has been no major changes in Erin Hunter's style since Midnight I feel confident giving this the same five star rating. The books of Warrior Cats, and particular The New Prophecy are filled with vivid imagery that set them apart from other middle grade reads.Characters 4/5★The characters of Dawn are largely the same of its predecessors, but this book brings in many others that we had left behind in Midnight. At this point I find myself to be greatly interested in the prophecy-mentioned characters as I am truly invested in their futures. What's the saying? You don't truly appreciate something until it's gone? That's how I feel in Dawn, and that's why I hope to see many of them in the next installment in The New Prophecy. Overall 4.5/5★Dawn definitely builds on everything Midnight and Moonrise introduces, and promises a new era in the Warriors world. The ending, in many ways, is sad, but also exciting(?). I find myself yearning to read more and more of this series as I truly wish to see a conclusion that will likely never come. Dawn however, is a great edition to the series and I look forward to seeing how Starlight takes advantage of the hopelessness Dawn introduces.

Seeing all the Clan cats leave their home was so heartbreaking! It was awesome to see them all come together as one Clan, though. I loved seeing them all work together and support each other. It's hard to talk about much else without spoiling anything! (view spoiler)[Seeing Firestar lose another life was really hard. I know he won't be around forever, but I can't stand the thought of him dying for good. The loss of kits and Mudfur killed me! My heart is absolutely broken that Graystripe got left behind, I neeeed to know he's okay! And also that Firestar may never see Ravenpaw again. He left both of his best friends behind :(I figured that Stormfur would stay with the Tribe, but it still kind of sucked. Especially if Graystripe does manage to find his way back to the Clan. I hope they can see each other again! (hide spoiler)]The beginning was harrowing, with the captured cats trying to escape the Twolegs, and the Twoleg monsters ravaging the Clan camps; but the second half slowed down quite a bit when it was nothing but traveling. It went smoother than I thought it did. I'm eager to see the Clans settle down in their new home!

I really enjoyed this book. I love Erin Hunters writing style. This book starts of where Moonlight left off. The cats have just returned from there quest to find Midnight. They have found out that they must leave the forest to find a new home because the Twolegs are destroying the forest. The conflict comes in when some of the clans can't or won't leave the forest for one reason or another. I really like how we can see Brambleclaw and Squirrelpaws relationship grow stronger in this book. I also liked how we got to see from Leafpaw and Squirrelpaws perspective. It is probably one of the best and most important book in the series. I would definitely recommend.

Not as exciting as the previous two installments, but lots of character development, with a bittersweet ending that left me wanting more!
